Large famhouse, originally a mill, located not far from Fermignano, in quiet position with oly 700 metres of white road from the main asphalted road.
The building is over 2 floors for a total size of 550 sqm, and is built in bricks and stones. It is composed by cellars at the undergroundfloor, kitchen, livingroom, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and some service rooms ath the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and bathroom at the first floor.
3000 sqm of part with ancient oaks surround the house. Very tipycal are the stone caves at the underground floors of the house.
The original mill is dated back to the 1400 when belonged to the Montefeltro family. In the 1600 was transferred to the Dukes of Tuscany for 100 years, and then became possession of the church untill the 1800, when the Albani family of Pesaro became owner of the property. This mill was originally used to make wheat flour and only at the end of 1800 started to produce elecrticity as the near mill located in centre of Fermignano.
